A: Your card on file will be charged on the 11th of every month. You can cancel or skip by logging into your account Here. You must cancel before the 11th of every month to not be billed.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

Q: If I cancel, when will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds will be offered within 2 weeks, unless the box you have subscribed to has already shipped. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current month you will receive a refund and the box for next month will not ship. If you cancel your subscription between the 1st and the 6th of any month, the box for that month will ship, and no refund will be issued, but no further billings will take place.
Q: Am I billed ahead or behind?
A: All of our subscribers pay in advance. The month you pay in is for the box that ships at the beginning of next month.
